In an area of 2,500 square meters with olives, vines, fruit trees, orange, lemon, grapefruit, pear, apricot, plum, banana and almond trees. The beautiful stonework both outside and inside gives a special character to this large Villa.
Our stone-built villa is located in the area of Avia, a very beautiful and quiet location. It is 3 minutes away from Sandova beach and 5 minutes from Akrogiali beach. The nearest village, Megali Mantineia is 2 minutes away and Kalamata is only 10 minutes away.
The stone villa is luxurious and spacious with unlimited, panoramic views. From the balcony, you can see the entire Messinian Gulf and on the right Kalamata.
The villa is 270m 2 and has 2 floors. It was built in 2010 with constant care. The ground floor is 120m 2 and was designed as a beautifully furnished studio with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room in a single space. It has TV and A/C.
The first floor is 100m² and consists of a spacious living room with a dining room and piano, in a separate area there is the kitchen, toilet and a room. The balcony encloses the entire floor and is 2.5m wide. The second floor is 50m and consists of 2 rooms, with a bathroom and Jacuzzi. The balcony is very large with a unique, panoramic view.
The stone villa is protected by an alarm, has a thermodynamic fireplace, which is sufficient to heat the entire residence and can be isolated in any room needed. Also has solar 200lt, an elevator (not finished), and A/C Convector in all rooms.
The residence is surrounded by a green landscape with 32 olive trees, 60 vines and 25 fruit trees (orange, lemon, grapefruit, pear, apricot, plum, banana) and almond trees. The beautiful stonework both outside and inside gives a special character to this large Villa.
